I needed someone to install some flooring in Raleigh/Durham area. I have general knowledge of what is involved with flooring installation. I approached this project knowing I wanted to get three estimates. I called at least 10 flooring companies and received various responses. I knew my "rough" gestimations of the measurements. I wasn't interested in wasting anyones time. 3rd Generation Flooring (Wender) not only listened to my request for an estimate they put a thoughtful estimate together for me. They broke the estimate down into different categories (flooring removal, installation, material etc). They gave me a reasonable price! Was it the lowest? No. This company is reasonable, responsive and knowledgeable. The actual floor installation day went off without a hitch. If I could give them 100 star rating I would.

3rd generation was a pleasure to work with. They communicated great, had excellent products to choose from and installed quickly! They completed our home in two days, removing our glued down hardwood downstairs, removed the carpet upstairs and laying the new LVP. They worked quickly, respected our home and furniture and had the best prices. Obviously don’t need any flooring done since we got the whole house done, but I would definitely use them again if needed. Wender and Cassio are both fantastic!

These guys did excellent work at a very good price! We hired them for hardwood install and laminate install. I will update this with better photos but we were happy with the installation and the speed of the job - 2 guys finished 1500 sqft combined in a day!

This company is awesome!! They did a great job leveling the floor with plywood and then installed a 1000 sf of engineered wood floor is just one day. The 4 installers worked all day and the finishing was just spectacular. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company 5+ stars.

At 3rd Generation Flooring, we had the entire second floor replaced with LVP. Mr. Wender recommended the upstairs color, and it turned out absolutely stunning. The whole staff completed the work within the expected timeframe and even finished the cleanup before they left. We were impressed with 3rd Generation’s service and would like to give them the highest rating.

Highly recommend 3rd Generation Flooring! Great communication, punctual, hard working and excellent value for the money. We absolutely love our floors and especially our new stairs. We went with the squared edge versus the traditional rounded and could not be happier with the way it turned out! Feels like a new house! Beautiful work and they finished the job in a timely manner.
